Drum Filling Station Prompts Operator Through Process

A drum filling station that can be custom built to meet specific customer requirements with respect to contents, packaging, and communications is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, Massachusetts.

The Alliance/Rice Lake Single Drum Filling Station can be customized to meet a wide range of user requirements and fill up to 60 55-gallon drums per hour. Featuring a leak-proof hydrostatically balanced filling valve, intrinsically safe pneumatic linear drive, and quick-disconnect lance assembly, the operator is prompted through each step in the filling process.

Providing legal-for-trade weighing, the Alliance/ Rice Lake Single Drum Filling Station is equipped with a programmable indicator/controller with
up to 10 different screens that can be programmed to change with each fill process. Each station integrates easily into existing networks and the controller communicates with printers, PCs, scanners and other peripherals.

The Alliance/Rice Lake Single Drum Filling Station is priced from $27,000.00, depending upon configuration. Literature and price quotations are available upon request.
